few years, according to festival director Tikoy Aguiluz (seated in Barong Tagalog). The two other awardees are Tith Sarunreth (standing in black suit), minister counsellor of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia, and Digna Santiago (seated right) who accepted the posthumous award from Cinemanila in behalf of her brother, Cirio Santiago, who passed away last September 26.
