ISKUL BUKOL, THE REUNION. Masaya at excited naman ang Megastar sa kanyang guest appearance sa Iskul Bukol...After 20 Years, na entry sa 2008 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Sa pagkakaaalam namin, pag nadadagdagan ang timbang ni Sharon ay ayaw nitong lumabas sa kahit na anong pelikula. Ipinagpaliban muna nga niya ang pag-uumpisa ng sarili niyang movie para makapag-diet muna. Pero hindi niya matanggihan ang offer na mapasama sa Iskul Bukol kahit sa last shooting day man lang.

"Remember the Channel 13 days of Iskul Bukol?" tanong ni Sharon. "I was the sister of Uncle Tito at Uncle Joey, so ako si Sharon Eskalera. Panahon ng ‘Maputi... ["Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko," Sharon's song].

"So, parang siyempre, I'm not really in movie-making form now. Obviously, I never expected na they were shooting a movie na I would really like to be a part of. Parang it's nice to celebrate the TV series with the special movie and pang-filmfest pa. Tapos, alangan naman na wala ako?

"Bahala na, mag-e-enjoy na lang kaming lahat. Gusto ko lang mag-enjoy at mag-enjoy ang audience na hindi nila iniisip kung ano ang dapat na hitsura ko dito, na kapatid nina Joey at Tito Eskalera," saad niya.

Na-excite daw agad si Sharon nang malamang kasama siya sa pelikula.

"Ay, right away!" bulalas niya. "Eksakto naman na okey ako sa shooting. Today lang ako, kunwari graduation day lang."

Ayon kay Sharon, "Napakasarap na gawin yung show na super na nagre-rate noong araw at may loyal following. Those who really follow the show every week sa Channel 13, meron silang mga fondest memories habang the show was going on, na they can relive those while watching this. And at the same time, it's nice that we're introducing the whole Iskul Bukol world doon sa bagong henerasyon. Na-excite lang ako, ganon.

"Saka ang sarap kasi na parang kung may show noong araw na nagustuhan mo noong bata ka, parang nagiging part ng buhay mo na. God, how old was I then? Fourteen lang yata. It was like a year or two after I started singing lang. So, mga 1980 lang, '79 to '80 ako naging part ng Iskul... Nagge-guest ako," pagbabalik-tanaw ni Sharon.
