The first winners of reality-based artista search, GMA-7's StarStruck and ABS-CBN's Star Circle Quest, unite for the first time in Paano Ba ang Mangarap?.
Ito ay hango sa original na pelikula ng Viva Films noong 1983 starring Vilma Santos and Christopher de Leon with the special participation of the late Jay Ilagan.
May mahahalaga ring papel sina Emilio Garcia, Jan Marini, at Jay Aquitania.
