TNS National TV Ratings (May 18): May Bukas Pa regains top spot; Boys Over Flowers continues impressive run

Boys Over Flowers maintains strong momentum in the evening race.

ABS-CBN's inspirational drama series, May Bukas Pa, started the week strongly as it gained a rating of 39 percent to once again rule the primetime race. Trailing behind was Angel Locsin's Only You, which came short with 38.9 percent. Last Friday's topnotcher, Tayong Dalawa settled for third overall.

Boys Over Flowers barged inside the winning column by generating a grade of 28 percent to nail fifth spot, overtaking the other favorites like Totoy Bato and Zorro, which accumulated 26.3 and 26 percent, respectively.

Willie Revillame settled for a bridesmaid finish in the primetime slot as Precious Hearts Romances Presents Bud Brothers smothered Wowowee with its 23.2 percent rating. GMA-7's afternoon drama series, Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin clinched third place, followed by TV Patrol World's 33.6 percent.
