Dahil sa pananalasa ng bagyong Ondoy, kung saan marami sa mga kababayan natin ang naapektuhan nang husto, naging aktibo rin ang Yes Pinoy Foundation sa pagsasagawa ng relief operations para sa mga nasalanta. Ito ay sa kabila ng ang main objective ng Yes Pinoy Foundation na tulungan ang pamilya ng marines, lalo na yung mga naulila.
Ang Yes Pinoy Foundation ay itinatag ng aktor na si Dingdong Dantes kasama ang ilang mga malalapit na kaibigan niya.
Last week, hangga't maaari ay ipina-cancel ni Dingdong ang kanyang schedules para personal na mamahagi ng relief goods.
Kahapon, October 5, ay nakausap ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Dingdong. Ayon sa kanya, tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang operation ng Yes Pinoy Foundation. Araw-araw silang namamahagi ng relief goods sa mga nasalanta ng bagyo.
Kahit wala si Dingdong, dahil sa taping niya ng Stairway to Heaven at iba pang commitments, ang buong team naman daw ng Yes Pinoy ay patuloy sa pagsasagawa ng relief operations.
Isa sa commitment sana ni Dingdong noong Saturday, October 3, ay ang autograph signing para sa kanyang bookazine na YES Life Stories: Dingdong. Dahil sa hectic schedule ng aktor, ipina-cancel niya ito para personal na mamahagi ng relief goods.
Pero siguradong matutuwa ang mga tagahanga ng aktor, lalo't higit sa mga nagtatanong kung saan makakabili ng bookazine niya.
Sa October 11, Linggo, ay pupunta si Dingdong sa branch ng National Bookstore sa TriNoMa from 1 to 3 p.m. para personal na pirmahan ang kanyang bookazine sa mga bibili nito.
Sa October 17, Saturday, ay nasa Powerbooks Greenbelt naman siya from 3 to 6 p.m. At sa October 22, Thursday, nasa Filbars Megamall naman siya from 3 to 6 p.m. din.
Magkakaroon din daw ng book signing sa Mall of Asia, although hindi pa kumpirmado ang exact schedule nito.
