Kamakailan lang ay pormal nang nagsimula ang shooting ng sikat na young stars na sina Gerald Anderson at Kim Chiu ng kanilang comeback movie para sa Star Cinema, na siguradong ikatutuwa ng kanilang napakaraming fans.
Kung ang past Kimerald films ay mga pa-cute pa at pa-sweet dahil sa kanilang murang edad, sinasabing magiging "mas daring" na ang balik-tambalan nila sa big screen. Ito ay pagkatapos ng matagumpay na teleserye nilang Tayong Dalawa.
Ayon kina Kim at Gerald, since successful nga ang last teleserye nila at tumatak ito sa fans, doble pressure daw ngayon ang kanilang nararamdaman para sa kanilang movie.
"Nakakapanibago, pero gagawin namin ang lahat dito sa first day namin," bungad ni Gerald sa panayam sa kanila ng SNN.
Sa Tayong Dalawa, unti-unti nang ipinakilala sina Gerald at Kim sa mature roles.
Mahigitan kaya ng kanilang yet untitled movie ang pagiging "daring" nila sa Tayong Dalawa kung saan may kissing scenes na sila?
Sagot ni Kim, "Ini-internalize pa namin yung characters namin, kasi di pa siya mag-sink in, dahil from Tayong Dalawa na sobrang bigat, 'eto naman, magaan lang."
Nagbalik-tanaw naman si Gerald sa kanilang past two films together under Star Cinema, at naikumpara sa pinakabago nilang handog na movie for their fans. Although, gumawa rin sila ng isang pelikula under Regal Films, ang "Class Picture" episode ng Shake, Rattle & Roll X.
"Yung first movie naming First Day High, title pa lang, parang pambata talaga!" tawa ni Gerald. "Tapos, I've Fallen For You, solo namin ni Kim 'yon, medyo ano yun, e, medyo tweetums, sobrang saya, nakakakilig na movie. Eto, dito naman sa movie na ito, sobrang nakakakilig, pero 'andun pa rin yung drama."
Dagdag ni Kim, "May drama pa rin sa dulong part. At first, mae-excite sila, tapos sa dulo ang drama."
Sabi naman ni Gerald, "At first, sobrang saya, nakakakilig din. Kaya maganda ito sa amin, yung kumbinasyon!"
Umaasa si Kim na sa magandang chemistry at working relationship nila ni Gerald bilang magka-loveteam ay magtagumpay sila sa anumang expectation ng Kimerald fans.
"Sana, ma-achieve namin yun and sana magustuhan ng mga tao kaya inaayos naming lahat. Kung may mali man, uulitin," saad ng young actress.
Tungkol naman sa intrigang paghihiwalayin na sila at maipareha sa ibang artista, makahulugan ang tugon ni Gerald. Aniya, "Basta, ito po yung movie namin ni Kim, hindi po namin alam in the near future. Basta, dito po namin ibinubuhos yung focus namin. Dito na muna. First day pa lang namin, marami pang exciting na mangyayari dito sa movie na ito."
Last Sunday, October 25, kasama sina Gerald at Kim sa mga Bench endorsers na rumampa sa Philippine Fashion Week sa SM Mall of Asia. Sila ang nagkamit ng isa sa pinakamalakas na tilian sa lahat ng mga artistang rumampa.

anong network ba ang maraming bad recods not just sa entertainment but sa news and current affairs as well meron pa pala sa sister companies? By the way according to broadsheets ABS will not be included sa PSE starting this Nov 3or 5. By the way star cinema and yumukod sa sm, and according to companies/advertising firms they prefer to place their ads sa network na di garapal maningil yet number 1 sa Mega at Nutam na mas malakas ang market ability. No wonder,as a result abs has very minimal commercials ads.

How come yung total cost ng GMA Films eh sinasabi mong maliit? GMA Films handang gumastos ng malaki? Where are your facts? Ok, how about abs na ang budget ng isang drama is 27m w/ bring your own food sa set? It has been proven galing na sa mga directors like Ranay, Bernal, director ng Kim Sam Soon, other talents na palipat-lipat ng network. Haha, di nga kayang pantayan ang GMA7 na talagang gumagastos at ilang milyon ang pinalalabas just to have a good quality show and can offer other themes not just the walang kamatayang puro drama ever. Yung budget sa abs shows wala pa sa 1/4 ng laki ng budget ng GMA7 shows esp. telebabad. Busug-busugan pa ang pagkain sa set w/ catering.

yup, i agree w/ u na mas mahal ang ads rate ng dos kasi feeling nila hahabulin pa din sila ng mga companies like before that they could decide the amount and the companies were left w/ no choice coz BEFORE ABS was the number 1 network in Mega, Luzon and Nutam. But now, mabibilang nlang ads sa dos kasi even the companies/advertising have mentioned that why would they place their ads sa network na mas mahal na nga sumingil di pa number 1 sa Luzon? See their reason and it reflects sa konting ads ng dos. Don't u also know na pag tvc ng artista ng dos they decided to low it down. Don't u also know that ABS is not included anymore sa PSE starting this November 3 or 5? As published sa broadsheets?

Marian is a flop queen? When?lol. Desperadas 1 and 2 were doing great esp. 1 which was a box-office hit, One True Love was doing great and was able to generate profit not lugi, Tarot was doing good though not box-office knowing it's Graded A meaning 100 percent tax exempted, my BFGF was a bock-office hit.
Right now, no one achieves what Marian has achieved 2 shows dominated both Mega, Luzon and Nutam, 2x platinum and i gold albums, the number 1 endorser of her time, Dyesebel to be shown in other countries, 2 currently winner shows DARNA and Show Me The Manny and take note loaded w/ commercial ads and major sponsors, will do 2-3 movies, new soap after DARNA this 2010 w/ Dd, new dance album, and 3 new endorsements. Sya naka-set na ang gagawin, di tengga at naghihintay sa kawalan ng projects.

U know if u would just really think and understand my point, u wouldn't have said that. AGAIN, i'm not totally underestimating the market ability of VisMin coz there are also people/families who can afford not just basic necessities in fact, ther are also well-off and rich esp. living in subdivisions coz as I've said I have relatives in Vis Min. I was just merely getting the logic of the reactions of companies why they prefer placing their ads mostly in Mega and Luzon. But compare to other people/families who live in Mega and Luzon, the number of people/families living in VisMin esp. in highland and barrios can't afford other items besides basic needs. We all know that in other provinces esp. highland areas and barrios there source of income is not fixed and depend on fishing, farming, etc.

I'm not totally underestimating the market ability of VisMin areas, i was just getting the logic why the companies prefer to place their ads sa mga shows na leading in Mega and Luzon, that's why u can see more commercial ads sa shows ng GMA7 and why in VisMin di gaanong pili at di pinalalabas ibang ads. I know it coz as I've said, i have relatives in Vis Min. Compare people in Mega and Luzon, others can more afford to buy other items/necessities aside from basic ones which in VisMin esp, in barrios couldn't.

wow! ang lupet mo naman para sabihin na mas can afford ang mga taga mega manila.. maraming tao sa mega manila but not necessarily better off sa mga provinces..
no offense but bka ung relatives mo dun sa provinces, poor kaya sinabi mo yan... but just because di nila afford, eh idadamay mo na lahat..
di mo ba alam na ang tunay na mayayaman eh mas pinprefer na magstay nlng sa provinces kc dun tahimik and they don't need the ruckus of the city anymore.. can afford naman nila na di na mgwork kaya Ramp;R nlng sila everday of their lives!
