Johnny Delgado was happy when he was interviewed by Startalk last February 2009, because chemotherapy was "melting" the lymphoma cells in his body. "I'm responding well and I'm doing okay," the veteran actor said. But in the end, the cancer cells proved too strong and the actor succumbed.

when its time to go...no matter how painful it is, no amount of prayers can help..BUT prayers can help you ease the lost of a loved one.No one knows how life is after death, we only read that it is a life full of joy, no sickness, no diseases, The only assurance we have is the Faith in God, that whoever believes in Him should not perish BUT have an everlasting Life.

my prayers to the family! God Bless!

    61. Di nila fineature ang Denmark issue pero may mga patients na ininterview including yung brother ni Sen Guingona. After trying all the western method, pumunta siya dun and you can see him now looking so strong at 71 and believed to be cancer free. There were also a Philippine doctor interviewed and his opinion is, it is a promising treatment which may not be supported by the medical community dahil maraming masasayang na research. The point is, when you're terminally ill, this is not bad to try if you have the money. Painless pa, di mo kailangang magsuka at manghina compared to general chemo. Another Filipina with Terminal 4 breast cancer was also interviewed and attest sa chance to have an extended life at least.

I just watched The Correspondents last night. The show featured an alternative way of treating cancer. The Cryo surgery in Fuda Cancer Hospital in Guangzhou hope i spelled it right, China. Very promising. Yung cancer ay pini-freeze and then pag tinunaw na, saka iki-chemo therapy para mapatay talaga lahat ng cancer cells. The good thing is yung chemo therapy ay local- direct to the cancer part, di katulad ng general approach. Gising ang patient habang ginagawa ang procedure. less pain. Yun nga lang 20,000 USD for a one month stay and all expense in the hospital. Pero it gives hope to the cancer patients.
