"Klaro sa akin that [hosting Family Feud] is a task handed down to me by the management. At klaro rin sa akin that I am a replacement of Richard Gomez and I can never fill the shoes of a Richard Gomez," said the new host of the game show.
Dingdong Dantes says if Family Feud goes back to Richard Gomez, "Willingly, I will back out."

It was DDD or Dingdong Dantes Day last Thursday, November 26, dahil tatlong beses nakadaupang-palad ng entertainment press ang aktor sa magkakaibang events.
END OF STAIRWAY.
Kahit mabilis lang siya, four months, it seems very long to me dahil sa sobrang bigat."
So bakit mo iibahin?" sabi niya.
Yun lang, and believe in the Lord."
"RHIAN HAS THE MAKING OF A STAR." But we shared moments na mabibigat together which we can never discount."
"Ako, naniniwala ako na she has the making of a star and I've seen her improvements thoughout the days na magkakasama kami. And siyempre, as a partner na kasama, nakakatuwa that the show that we are doing was actually good for her."
Masaya si Dingdong sa naging decision ng network na i-retain ang time slot ng primetime series, at sa last two weeks nito ay mapapanood ang Stairway pagkatapos ng Darna.
"You know, everything goes through a due process. Maaaring nagkaroon ng first decision at may dahilan kung bakit nabago yun. Much more than the interest of the artist.
"It is the viewers that they have number one in their heart and concerns. I highly commend them for going through that process at kung anuman ang nangyari do'n, hindi ko na alam. Basta ang importante, magtatapos na kami in two weeks and as much as binibigay namin ang buong puso namin dito, ganundin ang viewers na binibigay nila ang full attention nila at oras nila sa amin."
FAMILY FEUD AND RICHARD.
