"Dito sa industriya natin, parang kapag hindi ka nakikita, nakakalimutan ka ng mga tao. So, mas maganda yung makikita ka palagi para at least visible ka. 'Andiyan ka lagi, hindi ka makakalimutan," says Dennis Trillo.

Hindi pa alam ni Dennis Trillo kung ano ang bibilhin niyang regalo para sa anak niyang si Calix Andreas ngayong Pasko.
"Iyon na nga iniisip ko pa, kasi halos lahat meron na siya, e," sabi ni Dennis sa presscon ng SRO Cinemaserye Presents Exchange Gift kahapon, December 7, sa 17th floor ng GMA Network Center.
Halos lahat daw kasi ng hilig ni Calix ay meron na ito; tulad ng toy gun, drums, at gitara. Mahilig daw sa music ang anak ni Dennis.
"Sobrang mahilig sumayaw, mahilig kumanta, at saka may tono siya talaga, ha!" pagmamalaki pa ng binatang ama. "Kaya niyang kantahin ang alphabet, 'Baa Baa Black Sheep,' 'Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star'... kahit ano. Kasi lahat ng marinig niya, kaya na niyang gayahin, e. Kasi kaya na niyang mag-converse at makabuo ng sentences, e."
Two years and two months old na ang anak ni Dennis kay Carlene Aguilar.
CHRISTMAS ARRANGEMENT. Naitanong naman ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kay Dennis kung paano ang arrangement nila ni Carlene kay Calix sa nalalapit na Kapaskuhan.
"Katulad nung arrangement namin last year ni Carlene. December 24 sa kanila, tapos 25 sa akin. New Year, ganun din," sabi ng aktor.
Paano nila ise-celebrate ni Calix ang Pasko?
"Ano lang kami, e, punta lang sa relatives. Sa mother side, then sa father side. Then sa gabi, free na kami kung anong gusto naming gawin."
HEART EVANGELISTA. Nabanggit naman ng PEP kay Dennis na ang babaeng gusto niya ngayon, si Heart Evangelista, ay may regular na ka-date. Ito ay ang first boyfriend ni Heart na nagngangalang Ian Dy. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)
Ano ang reaksiyon ni Dennis dito?
"A, regular date lang naman, e, hindi pa naman boyfriend," sabi niya.
Sa tingin ba niya ay nawalan siya ng chance dahil dito?
"Hindi naman," mabilis niyang sagot. "Kasi lagi namang may pag-asa, lagi tayong may pag-asa. Kahit anong mangyari, basta buhay ang tao, laging may pag-asa 'yan. Kasi puwede niyang gawin kahit ano para makamit ang minimithi niya."
Of course, reregaluhan niya raw si Heart sa Pasko.
"Oo naman! Iisipin ko pa kung ano, kasi first time ko siyang reregaluhan sa Christmas, so dapat special yun. Sa ngayon, hindi ko pa alam kung ano ang ireregalo ko sa kanya."
Yayayain ba niyang mag-date sila sa Pasko?
"Sa parade, magkasama kami!" natatawang sinabi ni Dennis.
Co-stars kasi sina Dennis at Heart sa Metro Manila Film Festival 2009 entry ng Regal Entertainment na Mano Po 6.
Sabi pa ni Dennis, "At kung sakaling may gagawin man siya that day, basta makasama ko siya sa parade, okay na sa akin yun."
