Startalk headed to the NAIA arrival and departure areas to get it straight from the actress who was arriving from the States, but only got a few vague answers.

Last December 24, bago lumipad papuntang U.S. si Krista Ranillo, kasama ang kanyang lola na si Ms. Gloria Sevilla at ang tiyahin niyang si Suzette Ranillo, sinubukan itong ma-interview sa airport ng Startalk reporter na si Jopay Manago.
Maayos namang bumati si Krista at nagsabing late na siya, boarding na at pag-uwi na lang daw magpapa-interview. Nang tanungin ang lola kung naaapektuhan ba ito sa isyu ng apo at ni Manny Pacquiao, "Well, a little, a little...," ang tugon nito.
Medyo sarkastiko naman ang naging reaction ng mga Startalk viewers sa naging sagot ni Suzette. "Ikaw, naapektuhan ka? Ha ha ha!" ang balik ng tiya ni Krista sa interviewer.
But in fairness to Suzette, nagpadala siya ng apology by way of text message sa executive producer ng talk show.
Sa U.S. nag-Christmas ang mga Ranillo tulad ng nakaugalian na nila, pero isang araw bago ang nakatakdang pagbabalik ni Krista sa Pilipinas, nabuhay muli ang intrigang buntis daw siya. Matatandaang noong Nobyembre, pinabulaanan ito ni Krista sa isang panayam sa 24 Oras.
Subalit, nabuhay na naman ang balita, at ayon sa iniulat ng Startalk, diumano'y sa Cebu City pa raw nagpa-pregnancy test si Krista at positive raw ang resulta na labis ikinatuwa ng aktres.
At para mamatay na ang isyu, nagsalita na ang mismong manager ni Krista na si Arnold Vegafria at sinabing hindi buntis ang kanyang alaga.
Ayon sa kanya, hindi raw nagpupunta ng Cebu ang sexy star at tinatawanan na lang daw nila ang intriga. Sinubukan ding kuhanin ng Startalk ang panig ni Manny Pacquiao, pero hindi ito ma-contact.
AMBUSH INTERVIEW. Noong January 5, nagbantay na sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport ang Startalk crew matapos makatanggap ng tip na parating na nga raw sa bansa si Krista.
Dumating yung eroplano niya, 6 a.m. . Medyo nagtagal pa si Krista sa Immigration office. Pumuwesto naman daw ang Startalk sa arrival at departure areas.
Mas pinili raw ni Krista na lumabas sa departure area. Escorted siya by an Immigration personnel, pero maliban doon ay walang ibang kasama.
"Pupunta pa po kasi ako ng taping," ang sagot niya sa Startalk nang hingan ito ng interview.
May balita?
Sagot ni Krista nang nakangiti, "Marami namang balita."
Sinabi sa kanya na ang latest issue ay buntis daw siya.
"Talaga?" ang reaksiyon ng dalaga.
Nagpa-checkup daw siya sa Cebu ?
"Hindi... dito lang ako, di ba? The whole time nagte-taping, nagsu-shoot. Wala akong time na pumunta sa Cebu," ang matipid na sagot ng aktres sa tanong ng reporter ng Startalk.
