During the February 24 grand presscon of GMA-7's first-ever "kantaserye" titled Diva, Rufa Mae Quinto entertained members of the press with her performance of "Dancing Queen," complete with lifting stunts.
When PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked Rufa Mae to describe her character Lady on the said show, the sexy comedienne said, "First time kong maging bida-kontrabida.
Viewers will be able to watch Rufa Mae Quinto, Regine Velasquez, Mark Anthony Fernandez, TJ Trinidad, Glaiza de Castro and many others in this primetime TV show starting Monday, March 1.
DREAM WEDDING. Rufa Mae is firm in saying that she will not leave behind her showbiz career even though she already has plans to settle down with her fiancé. She still refuses to reveal his identity but she did tell PEP that he is involved in the real estate business here in the Philippines and in the United States.
What is P-chi's (Rufa Mae's nickname) dream wedding?
Kumbaga, may isang bonggang party," she said.
Will there still be a church wedding?
Does she already have a target date for her wedding?
At para makakuha ng ninong at ninang na may bujey [gay lingo for budget]!" says Peachy, eliciting laughter from the media.
Is the sexy actress already prepared to have babies?
"Hindi pa," replied. "I have a long way to go. Go go go! Kasi si Jaya, 36 years old siya when she had Sab [her daughter Sabriya].
LAST FHM COVER? When asked regarding her latest pictorial for the February 2010 cover of FHM, Rufa Mae revealed that this will be her last time to pose for the leading men's magazine.
"Pangatlong beses ko na [on FHM]. Wala na 'kong pose na maiaalay. Yung first time ko, year 2001, standing pa lang ako. Nung second ko, naka bend na ako. Nung third, naka-spread na ako. Parang ano pa ba?"
