Kaliwa't kanan ang nagaganap na pirmahan ng kontrata sa tatlong television networks dito sa bansa. Hindi pa man natatapos ang buwan ng Marso ay mahigit sa sampung artista na ang naiulat na may bagong tahanan o bagong kontrata.
Nauna na rito si Ruffa Gutierrez, na pumirma ng non-exclusive contract with TV5. Iiwanan niya ang The Buzz para sa Paparazzi, isang showbiz-oriented talk show na kabibilangan din nina Cristy Fermin at DJ Mo Twister.
Noong araw din na iyon, naging opisyal na bahagi ng TV5 sina Jon Santos, na magkakaroon ng comedy sitcom at talk show, at Krista Ranillo, na magiging bahagi ng variety show at isa pang sitcom.
Maging ang Talentadong Pinoy host na si Ryan Agoncillo ay pumirma na rin ng three-year non-exclusive contract sa TV5. Dahil non-exclusive ang kontratang pinirmahan niyang kontrata, patuloy pa rin siyang mapapanood sa noontime show ng GMA-7 na Eat Bulaga!. Maaari pa rin siyang gumawa ng proyekto sa ABS-CBN kung sila ng misis niyang si Judy Ann Santos ang magkasama.
Si Angel Locsin naman ay pumirma ng two-year exclusive contract with ABS-CBN noong March 3. Kasama sa magiging proyekto nito ang dalawang TV series—Kokey@Ako at still-untitled soap opera with John Lloyd Cruz—at isang pelikula, kasama si Aga Muhlach sa ilalim ng Star Cinema.
Opisyal na Kapamilya na rin si Gretchen Barretto, na pumirma para sa TV series na gagawin niya with Bea Alonzo and Derek Ramsay.
Sa bakuran naman ng GMA-7, nag-renew ng exclusive contract si Richard Gutierrez. Kasama sa magiging project niya ang pagiging co-host sa Party Pilipinas. Susubok na rin sa hosting si Richard sa pamamagitan ng celebrity edition ng Survivor Philippines.
Noong March 10, nag-desisyon ang dalawang alaga ng talent manager na si Leo Dominguez—sina Ogie Alcasid at Lovi Poe—na manatili bilang Kapuso. Matatandaang napabalita ang umano'y paglipat ng dalawa sa TV 5. Ayon sa nakalap na impormasyon ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal), nagkaroon pa nga raw ng meeting si Ogie sa big boss ng nasabing network sa Hong Kong.
At sa araw na ito, opisyal na Kapuso na rin si Mark Bautista, na naging Kapamilya sa loob ng pitong taon. Kasama sa pinirmahan niyang kontrata ay pagiging isa sa regular performers ng Party Pilipinas.
Sa araw din na ito pumirma ng three-year contract ang mga talents ni Annabelle Rama—na sina TJ Trinidad, Raymond Gutierrez, Ynna Asistio, Bubbles Paraiso at Ehra Madrigal—with GMA-7.
Ang iba pang mga Kapuso na nag-renew ng kanilang mga kontrata ay sina Janno Gibbs, Katrina Halili, Jay-R, Kyla, at ang hosts ng Startalk na sina Joey de Leon, Lolit Solis, Butch Francisco, at Ricky Lo.
