"Hindi ko naman kasi siya itinuturing as my manager lang. Kung manager ko lang siya, masasaktan ako. Baka bumalik ako ng masakit na salita. But I can never do that. I know misconception lang ang nangyayaring lahat. And I need to talk to her. Magkakaayos din kaming lahat," says Cesar Montano about the recent interview of his manager, Norma Japitana, wherein she said that what Cesar did to her was a "complete deception."

"I'm enjoying it. I love working with Kapuso. It's good to be back here in GMA-7.
ISSUE WITH HIS MANAGER.
(CLICK HERE to read related story.)
I need to sit down with her. Kaya hindi nga ako nagre-react even do'n sa mga ano [write-ups], kaya palagi kong sinasabi, I need to talk to my manager first," diin ni Cesar.
Anong hadlang para hindi sila magkausap?
"I'm trying to reach out with her, nagte-text akong palagi," sabi ni Cesar. "So, siguro, ako, wala akong masasabi do'n. She's family. I love Ate Norma dearly. Pero, she's still my manager."
"I talked to her before I signed.
No, Shirley is not my manager.
"Oo, e. Tinatawagan ko si Ate Norma the day before I signed. Ang bilis nangyari yun. Meeting ako with GMA. Tawag ako kay Ate Norma, tapos the next day, signing na. The following day, pictorial then shooting."
