Robin said he feels honored to work with Kris Aquino. Isa siya dun," he said.

Robin Padilla admits he’s mostly nervous for his new noontime show Pilipinas Win Na Win!. While he’s happy that he has another chance to connect with his fans around the world, the charming action star says he still needs a lot of support to make it through Saturday, July 31, when the new show will be launched.
Gusto kong maging tama kung ano yung gusto naming ibigay, hindi sa negatibong paraan,” says Robin, who spoke to PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press this afternoon, July 29, on the set of Wowowee.
Pilipinas Win Na Win! is ABS-CBN’s replacement for Wowowee, the controversial noontime show formerly hosted by the equally controversial Willie Revillame. When Willie was on temporary leave from the show last May, Robin Padilla was tapped as one of the guest hosts.
Robin’s two-week hosting stint was well-received by Filipino viewers, and many expressed the hope that he become the host for good. However, he refused to accept the offer.
But this time, Robin is back to hosting on the timeslot Wowowee will leave behind. He will be co-hosting with Kris Aquino, together with Wowowee co-hosts Mariel Rodriguez, Pokwang, and Valerie Concepcion.
A SHOW MADE FOR HIM. Robin said he feels the show was “made” for him, and that he is not disrespecting Willie in any way.
Asked how Pilipinas Win Na Win! will be different from Wowowee, Robin proudly said it would focus on the Filipino masses, whom he tagged as “heroes.”
Robin said Pilipinas Win Na Win! should have a fresh start.
“May sariling kasaysayan na ang Wowowee, he said.
