Anne Curtis said she wants a boyfriend who will understand her work as an actress.
"If ever I have a boyfriend, dapat talaga, he can understand my work. Dapat talaga because this is major in my life, it is my life, basically, it is what I do every day. So, dapat talaga maintindihan," she said.

In the press conference for In Your Eyes held this afternoon, August 17, the press asked Anne Curtis if she and ex-boyfriend Richard Gutierrez are getting back together. Anne and Richard play lovers in the film co-produced by Viva and GMA Films.
Anne arrived late at the press conference because she was still hosting ABS-CBN's Showtime when the press conference started. While she was away, In Your Eyes co-star Claudine told the press that her co-stars were sweet to each other on the movie's set.
"Pagka sina Richard, pagkatapos ng scene nila, as in natutulog ako, nagtatalunan sila sa kama ko. Minsan naghahabulan. Sabi, 'Ate, ate! Si Chard, iha-hug niya 'ko.' 'You never begged me to stay,' sabi ni Chard kay Anne. So talagang... tinawag ko si Direk. Yun na. Cute naman yung sumbatan nila. Cute. Tapos nagpapakuwento ako lagi kung bakit sila nag-break, bakit ganyan. Kung may pag-asa pa maging sila," Claudine said with a knowing smile.
But Anne, 25, expressly denied that the "habulan" and "talunan sa kama" meant she and Richard, 26, are getting back together.
"Ano lang, kulitan lang yun!" Anne said. "Hindi naman anything... Hindi siya siguro talaga parang anything intentional na...fun lang. Nangungulit lang si Chard."
Asked if there would be a "balikan" between them, Anne answered, "Oo, parang may nagbalik. Pero yun yung samahan namin ni Chard. Kasi from before, every now and then lang kami talaga nag-uusap, at least ngayon mas frequent nag-a-update. Ganun din kay Ate Clau, hindi na 'ko nahihiya na mag-message sa kanya. Si Chard, ganun din, mas tumatawag, nag-a-update kung hindi siya busy sa Survivor."
Richard is currently out of the country for the shooting of the third season of Survivor Philippines, which he hosts. The actor is expected to arrive home tomorrow, August 18, in time for the movie's special screening in Gateway Mall on August 19.
Anne told the press she misses Richard since he cannot promote the movie with her and Claudine.
"Oo. Siyempre, dalawa kaming babae, e. So, iba talaga pag may presence na... E, si Chard pa naman, ang lakas ng dating nun, di ba? So you can really feel his absence," she said.
Will she agree to do another movie with Richard?
"Why not? Basta maganda yung script, go!" Anne said.
EXTRA LOVE SCENE. Anne confirmed that it was Claudine who suggested that she do another love scene with Richard.
"Naku ha! Nakakatuwa nga kasi habang ginagawa nila Ate Clau at ni Chad, natutulog ako. Tapos bigalang kumakatok yung dalawa sa kuwarto ko. 'Anne, Anee, Anne! Kailangan mong mapanood yung eksena namin.' Ganyan. Sabi ni Ate Clau, 'I think na dapat dagdagan pa ng konti yung eksena n'yo.' Sabi ko, 'Ha! Kulang?'" she said.
Anne said there was "a major meeting" before the additional meeting was shot.
"Major meeting siya. Tapos si Tita Annabelle [Rama, Richard's mother] pinapanood niya. Lumapit sa akin, tawa naman siya nang tawa. Sabi ko, 'Grabe!' Pero tama rin naman si Ate Clau. I-compare nga naman yung ginawa niya sa past movies niya, di ba? Talagang full-out! Go, go, go, di ba?" she said.
In the end, Anne said she found the resulting shower scene "perfect."
"Yun na 'yon. Yun yung nadagdag. Yung shower. It's perfect naman. Nung nakita ko how Direk Mac edited it, ang ganda. Ang ganda tingnan, parang dun na-establish yung relationship namin ni Chard sa pelikula, at para maging ganun yung love namin," she said.
But Anne said she still feels apprehensive whenever a script calls for a love scene.
She explained, "I know, darating din naman ako sa stage na gagawin ko din yung nagawa din ni Ate Clau, di ba? Siguro, all on its own time. Ako, hindi sa ayaw kong gawin. Gusto kong gawin, pero siguro baka next movie, or whatever, di ba?"
"Pero, grabe naman, tumodo naman ako dito. Nag-shower scene na ako, pumatong pa ako sa jeep, di ba? Kaya, todo na naman yun!" Anne said.
