(CLICK HERE to read related article)
"It's a compromise agreement na pinasok namin with the interest of our son. Siguro, that's the only thing I can say right now because the judge admonished us to not share what we spoke of with the judge privately.
"Ang sinabi sa amin dito ng judge, and I think klarong-klaro naman sa aming dalawa, ang utmost priority naming talaga is 'yong well-being ng anak namin. I think that, on my part, I feel naman also, sa part naman ni James, na gagawin namin lahat to ensure that this will be not traumatic for our son.
"Siguro kung marami man kaming mga differences between the two of us, I don't know, only time will tell kung maayos pa namin o hindi. Thank you."
Kapunan.

bruhilda26 : still the same, economy is slowly regaining every now and then or shall i say with up and down trends....

Thanks for the info.We partially own a large commercial unit/building in Rainbow Ave.At least, the last time we heard from the people who manage that building, it starting to turn around after almost 2 years without any income from the renters. We are thinking to go there this Nov. just to check out the place.
i must agree to you that CALIFORNIA state is highly expensive in terms of cost of living, we came from orange county, coz we had small stores in sylmar, LA and Moorpark somewhere in Ventura county, we ended up selling them or else they were just giving us break-even results after paying overhead. We have 1 investment left in Orange county, the market value right now is truly discouraging. I have friends doing stocks, they used to earn a lot but ended up selling to break-even. The US economy is truly affecting everyone from upper level to the lower mainstream. I truly agree that there are lots of people who used to have luxurious lifestyles have mellowed down due to this very bad economy. I must say it truly affects everyone.

Specifically what part in vegas are your investments located? still lots of foreclosures, unemployment is really escalating high...are your investments houses or condos if u dont mind? i hope the leasing business is okay...but i believe there are lots of vacant commercial buildings around waiting to be leased...i can safely say in general, the vegas economy is still struggling.

vicon, was it you who posted something like..kris should be more like jo ramos, imee marcos where they do not say anything about their relationships? Anyway, all I can say is that James is lucky Kris is an aquino not a marcos. I remember when Tommy manotoc divorced aurora pijuan to marry imee in the states without imelda knowing it.

Sorry it was not me, never heard of Tommy Manotoc, know the Marcoses though dont' know much about them except the dictatorship of late president Marcos and of course Imelda's famous shoes.

Yes bruhilda26 is right. I may rest my case with you, as long as i stand on what i believe. It was nice exchanging views with you.
Thanks for the very interesting discussion. I have to get back with my work.

I admired you for being such an open minded about this argument. A lot of people are losing their temper in a heated argument like this. BTW how's the economy in Vegas? We have a few investments in Vegas called TIC-'Tennants in Common'.We live in CA but somebody in Vegas is taking care of that.
A lot of people in CA. are moving out of the State for a cheaper place to live.California is one of the most expensive State to live in the US. Sorry Pepster Police this is Out of topic.

03:41 AM gabongilong, many people still make millions of dollars in spite of the bad economy. My income is a result of hard work, a good brain, luck, good decisions, and lots and lots of blessings from God. Also, 1.2 million is not really a ridiculous amount, in fact, I earn a lot more than that. Most of my neighbors earn a lot more though..
--------------------------------------
Wow! Good for you if you are still in that bracket.A lot of rich people are downgrading their lifestyle due to the bad econnmy in the US. But, if you are making 1.2 million a year, well I guess you doing very good...Very very good.
I don't know if you are familiar with Carmel,California. We went there during the Pebble Beach Concorso De Elengance,a
lot of Millionaires were auctioning their Ferraris,Buggattis,Bentleys
and other expensive cars for big money to help offset their losses. The US econnomy is still recovering, alo
If things were different wherein James earned more than Kris, I am pretty sure that Kris would also seek for 50/50 sharing of their assets.
Yes karylle3ari hahaha, i needa stop now...thanks for reminding me!
