Napag-alaman din ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at ng iba pang media ang detalye ng naging resolution para sa Motion for Provisional Award of Visitation Rights na inihain ni James noong Lunes, Agosto 16. (CLICK HERE to read related article)
Ayon kay Atty. Kapunan, "The agreement was James can see Baby James three times a week—Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Kapag Wednesday at may games, puwedeng dalhin sa games. On Friday, overnight up to Saturday."
Magsisimula ang bisa ng resolusyon ngayong gabi, Agosto 20, dagdag pa ni Atty. Kapunan.
"Si James ay tutuloy from here to One Roxas at mayroon siyang overnight with Baby James. Ang agreement is puwede niyang kunin si Baby James ng Friday afternoon up to Saturday, 2 p.m.," sabi ng abogado ni James. Ang One Roxas ay building ng mga high-end condominium sa Makati City.
Nang tanungin kung ano ang naramdaman ni James sa naging desisyon ng korte, sabi ni Atty. Kapunan, "He's very happy at nagpapasalamat sa court."
Nabanggit din ni Atty. Kapunan na maghahain pa lamang si James ng kanyang tugon sa "petition for the declaration of nullity of marriage" ni Kris, na natanggap daw ni James noong Agosto 11. May 15 araw si James para sagutin ito, mula sa araw nang pagkakatanggap niya ng dokumento.
Sa ngayon ay wala pang iskedyul para sa susunod na hearing.

I am with you. Unless the Media shows picture of James with a woman, hindi ako maniniwala. May ebidensya ba sila? Paratang lang cguro ni Kris yan para may masabi siya.
Ninoy and Cory left great legacies BUT it does not necessarily extend to Kris Aquino, just because she's their daughter. Kris has to make her own legacy and last time I check, IT IS NOT GOOD.

Thanks BUT again, the issue here is not about James alleged - not proven- womanizing ... remember we only heard everything from Kris. It is about the law.
Also, the court has to take into consideration the timing of Kris' filling for annulment. She did not file during the alleged womanizing, only years after. She herself said that the reason was what James told Bimby, which I am beginning to doubt. She is one who cannot keep her mouth shut so by this time she would have already told the media what really happened, kung meron talagang sinabi si James.
I used Tiger Woods' case to point out that the division of assets has nothing to do with the gender. Both should be equal and a man should not be accused of mukhang pera for getting a big sum of money, and the woman should be treated likewise.
Set aside the emotions and just do the right thing. In the end it will be for the child's welfare.
A lot of us Filipinos venture around the world and we became very successful.
The country needs young and younger people like you who have fresh ideas and not afraid of taking risks. Enough of 70ish and 80ish Filipinos telling their obsolete ideas. The Philippines needs a lot of change. It will take a long time. The Philippines is way far behind. The bad of the Aquinos is still better than the good of their enemies.
You made mistakes, we make mistakes but I seen worst. Nobody is perfect except my dog! And hey, you and your children will look good in our postcards and stamps!
