For the first time ay gaganap bilang mag-asawa sina Mylene Dizon at Ryan Agoncillo sa Lady Dada, ang newest comedy miniseries ng TV5 na mapapanood tuwing Miyerkules ng gabi simula September 8.
Looking back, magka-batch sa Gimik days nila sa ABS-CBN si Mylene at ang asawa sa totoong buhay ni Ryan na si Judy Ann Santos. How time flies indeed at ngayo'y nagdadalang-tao na si Judai, at magkatrabaho sa isang show sina Mylene at Ryan.
MYLENE ON CLAUDINE. Bukod kay Juday, naging kaibigan din ni Mylene si Claudine Barretto noong panahong nasa ABS-CBN pa ang huli. Ito ang dahilan kung kaya't sa presscon ng Lady Dada last August 27, nahingan din si Mylene ng reaksiyon sa isyung kinasasangkutan ngayon ni Claudine, partikular na ang away nito kay Angelica Panganiban.
"Nakakatawa 'yan, nabasa ko lang 'yan kanina.... Hindi ko alam yun, nabasa ko lang. Although, may mga nag-text about may mga lumalabas nga raw na it was in the Inquirer, I think, and then, PEP... Actually, I was still gathering information about these things, and I think, it's exciting. It's very exciting!" sabi niya.
Bakit exciting?
"Exciting, kasi alam mo naman, matumal ang mga events ngayon sa showbiz. Pag may nangyaring ganito, kinikilig-kilig tayong lahat, e. Di ba? These are the things na ayaw nating ma-involve, pero aminin na nating by human nature, gusto nating basahin [ang isyu]," paliwanag ni Mylene.
Gaano ba niya ka-close si Claudine?
"We're very good friends," sagot ng aktres. "Although matagal na kaming hindi nagkakasama, since lumipat nga siya sa GMA, hindi ko na siya nakakasama. Pero no'ng nagkita kami one time sa GMA, it was nice pa rin, 'My! Kumusta ka na? I miss you, I love you!'"
Good friends din ba sila ni Angelica?
"No, we're not," ani Mylene. "We're not friends. I don't even have her number. When I see her lang, 'O, hi!' Gano'n lang."
TOGETHER AGAIN. Sa personal na buhay naman ni Mylene, inamin niyang sa pangalawang pagkakataon ay nagkabalikan silang muli ni Ira Cruz, ang gitarista ng bandang Bamboo.
"We're good. Second time na 'to na balikan," banggit ni Mylene.
So, pang-matagalan na nga kaya ang pagbabalikang ito nila ni Ira?
"Noong first time naman, nagtagal kami, a. Four years."
So, kumusta nga sila ngayon ng binalikang boyfriend?
"Ay naku, para kaming getting to know each other. Nakakatawa! Kasi, marami nang nagbago since naghiwalay kami five years ago. I'd like to believe na nag-mature ako, and I know na napansin ko kay Ira, he has matured a lot... So many things have changed and I think it's all good."
Ano ba ang naging factor para magkabalikan silang dalawa after five years?
"Factor? I think it's love. It's love, it's being with somebody that you like to be with and you're comfortable with... Five years kaming magkahiwalay."
Na-realize ba niyang mahal pa pala niya si Ira?
"I've always known na mahal ko naman talaga siya," sagot niya.
