Sina Boots Anson Roa at Robert Arevalo ang mga host at ang mga pangulo ng iba't ibang guild ang mga award presenter.

Matamlay ang atmosphere dahil sa absence ng mga sikat na artista, nominees, at ng mga pinagkalooban ng mga special award.
