Promdi na ngayon, gobernador ng Ilocos Norte," says Governor Imee Marcos, who produced the highly-acclaimed films Himala and Oro Plata Mata, when her father Ferdinand Marcos was the country's all-powerful president. She's now completing her new movie venture, Pintakasi.

IMEE'S RETURN TO LOCAL FILM INDUSTRY.

Yes, there are thousands of direct friends, relatives and supporters of brilliant student leaders who were ganged up, framed up to serve prison then disappeared wt no traces. Brilliant minds for the country, who love their homelands and free the people from tyranny and oppression..yet, short lived and gone. These are the anguishes of these friends of precious lives wasted by one man rule, FM! We will always forgive but our memories will never fail us. Who would ever forget this traumatic experience of a nation for a long time? In powerful countries, politicians who faces scandals immediately resigns and cast themselves away from the society. It s the dignity of their reputation, their name proved costly than their position. Any implication into anything scandalous, they quit immediately. In our country, one can rob you 20 years, harass and ruin your family and theyre even showing their faces so proud, presenting films of manhidinisms of all times! What a shame! Its very very sad to remember awful dictat

I think FM's biggest legacy in his Autocratic rule which lasted for two decades is to be consistently ranked in the Top 10 among the World's Most Corrupt, Most Brutal and Most Oppressive Tyrants this planet have ever seen! He has indeed brought Great Pride, Tremendous Progress and Immense Happiness to our beloved Philippines! He is indeed a Great Hero in a parallel universe where the sun does not shine!

The stigma of the name Marcos..will always be associated with Martial law, abduction, corruption, torture, pagnanakaw, panlololoko, and all the inhumane words you can think of and just like the name Hitler ..they had their shot, and decided wrongly on how the name Marcos will be remembered. There are still a few who deny their wrong doings, just like the few who denied that the holocaust never happened.. . who can still vividly remember..

project to portray herself, the true to life story of the rise and fall of the marcoses? She portrayed herself as the pioneer actress and singer, chanting the generosity to her people by singing and acting on her reign. Yes, how can they ask forgiveness and realize the grave ruling of their family to us? They are free from the responsibilities of their Past, to the filipinos who were salvaged and disappeared wt no traces. You owe us your request for Mercy and Repentance to the marcos victims. A real life story film about us during and after the marcos regime. Never mind the Karma. That is not ours to worry and live for. But be humbled by the peoples` chronic amnesia and merciful attitude as a race. There can never be a Ghaddafis and Bin Ladens scenario amongst the catholics here. How about your familys saga- film Imme?

Hello commentators! I didnt try to attack the daughter of an ex anarchist and dictator of the phils nor tried to provoke anyone to react intensively of our dark past as a nation. i dont mean a few pepsters from here but millions of good filipinos in the entire archipelago. Our traumatic experiences and the Oppression, Corruption we sufferred from your family for almost 20 years will never be erased from our hearts and minds. Never mind the world but we the pinoys exclusively. Our film as the citizens of the once tyrant leader ever in history led us to who and what we are now, as to how and why our nations public servants corruption and ill performances can be uprooted. If the rootcauses of corruption system in our country will not be reviewed, analyzed and rebooted, the system will eventually collapse. This kind of True Story Revelation of The Marcos Dynasty must be retold as their way of Asking Forgiveness and Repentance to the Fil. People. Imelda is still alive. Why cant she head on this lifetime proje

    28. Bilib naman ako sa mga bayarang alipores ng mga Marcoses dito na still desperately wanting to REVISE THE HISTORY of how Marcos, his family and friends robbed the Pinoys blind by embezzling billions of dollars na hanggang ngayon ang pinagbabayaran parin ng buong sambayanan. Ha-Ha-Ha. The Marcoses literally use the government as their own personal piggy banks. Sabi nga ni Madame Imelda during one interview, they practically owned the whole Philippines daw. Ha-Ha-Ha Nakakasuka talaga ang pamilyang ito. Kahit dito sa Amerika, the Marcoes name is forever associated with Large Scale Corruption, Plunder, Nepotism, Human Rights Abuse, Tyrant, magnanakaw.

I've seen some Youtube videos of Imelda and the Marcoses PARTYYING with their Cronies using the stolen money of the Filipino people during the height of the cruel and abusive dictatorship at it was just so disgusting and despicable. Nasaan man si Macoy ngayon, I'm sure he's paying for his numerous sins against the Filipinos.

After the Marcoses, walang nabago sa bansa natin..lumubog pa lalo... From developed country, nalubog tayo sa underdeveloped country....... Ooops sorry, may pagbabago nga pala... Ngayon may 1000 pa! Lol! On topic..... If it's Boots Anson Roa, then it must be a good movie... Hindi basta basta tumatanggap ng movie yan!...
