Lorna Tolentino's eyes light up when she talks about her grandchild, Lyla Victoria.

According to the veteran actress, her apo looks very much like her late husband Rudy Fernandez.

"Mas lamang si Raphael [Fernandez, Lorna's eldest son and Lyla's father].

"[Pero] yung noo niya, sa lolo [referring to Rudy] niya nakuha.

"Ganun kaliit, pero ang lalim ng cleft chin."

Leana, Rap's girlfriend, gave birth to a baby girl on November 11, 2011.

Lorna shared with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) her grandchild's photo when we interviewed her at the cast party of Glamorosa held at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center in Quezon City.

She said she feels blessed with her new apo.

"Iba ang feeling na may apo ka. Parang ikaw rin ang nanganak. Parang nagka-baby ka uli after a long while."

She recalled the day Lyla was born.

"Nasa loob ako ng operating room kaya ninerbiyos ako. Ako ang kumukuha ng pictures...

"Si Raphael naman sa video. Ninerbiyos lang ako kasi mataas ang heart rate ni Liana.

"Pero kailangan lakasan ko ang loob ko kasi mafi-feel ni Liana na ninenerbiyos ako."

Does Lorna feel sad that Rudy, who died in 2008, never got to see his grandchild?

The veteran actress smiled and said: "Palagay ko naman nakikita niya yun.
