Now that Glamorosa is nearing its end, Alice Dixson will just be "doing various guestings."

Since she's not tied to an exclusive contract with any television network, she can take her time in choosing which project to accept.

During the thanksgiving event of Glamorosa held recently, she told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment  Portal), "I'm waiting for the right project. I'm waiting for the right offer. I'm very open..."

After her soap with TV5, a movie with GMA Films is in the works.

"I have an offer..." she began.

Smiling, the former beauty queen added, "I have an offer to do a movie with GMA again. Uhm, pero hindi ko pa alam yun...

"Hindi pa yun confirmed, kumbaga, we're still [negotiating]...

"Hindi ko po alam 'yong detalye...Hindi ko din naman nababasa pa yung script."

But given the chance, "I want to do a romantic comedy. Something light lang..."

Before she left for Canada more than 10 years ago, the 42-year-old star made her mark as a serious actress.

Among the films she starred in: Pahiram Kahit Sandali, Sambahin Ang Ngalan Mo, Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang, Sinungaling Mong Puso, My Other Woman, and Dyesebel.

She worked with top-notch directors such as Mel Chionglo, Joel Lamangan, and Maryo J. Delos Reyes.

This time, she wants to try "working with new directors."

She elaborated, "Ang alam ko, maraming bagong director na hindi ko pa nakakatrabaho...  

"So the new generation after them, hindi ko pa...I have no exposure pa...
