Pormal nang sinampahan ng kaso ng GMA Films president na si Atty. Annette Gozon-Abrogar ang Kapuso talent na si Sarah Lahbati.
Ito ay ang kaugnay ng akusasyon ni Sarah na sangkot si Annette sa "under the table" deals sa pagitan ng talent management groups na GMA Artist Center at Icons.

Nagsampa ng kasong "libel" si Annette laban kay Sarah sa Office of the City Prosecutor ng Makati ngayong hapon, Enero 10.
Ayon sa advisory na ipinadala ng GMA Network Corporate Coummunications sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), "Instead of trial by publicity, the case will now be brought to the proper forum.
"Once the case is filed, the subjudice rule applies and parties who continue to talk about the issue in public can be held in contempt of court."
