Manila's Ganiel Akrisha Krishnan ousted 29 other aspirants as she bagged the Mutya ng Pilipinas-Asia Pacific International 2016 title during Saturday night's coronation at the Newport Theater, Resorts World Manila in Pasay City.
In addition to winning the crown, the 21-year-old Far Eastern University courtside reporter also won Mutya ng Inglot, Mutya ng Camera Club of the Philippines, Mutya ng Hotel 101, Mutya ng Sheridan, Mutya ng Rain or Shine, Best in Talent, and Darling of the Press
Krishnan will be representing the Philippines at the Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2016 pageant.
Meanwhile, Justin Mae San Jose of CALABARZON won the Mutya ng Pilipinas- Tourism International while Michelle Thorlund representing California was given the title Mutya ng Pilipinas- Overseas Communities.
Kapuso hunk Richard Gutierrez, and Kapamilya beauties Arci Munoz and Bella Padilla hosted the coronation ceremonies.
