2NE1's Sandara Park and ABS-CBN actor John Lloyd Cruz had a chance encounter at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 on Sunday night, August 7.
Dara and John Lloyd were aboard the same flight to Manila from Vietnam.
The K-pop idol took a photo with John Lloyd and uploaded it on her Instagram.
Her caption: "So happy to bumped into papa Lloydy sa airport! Same flight pala kami!"
Dara hesitantly named John Lloyd as one of her biggest crush in an interview back in December 2013 with Jessy Mediola for the show Matanglawin.
The 31-year-old singer-actress said, "Yung mga movies niya pinapanood ko hanggang ngayon, si Papa John Lloyd."
Dara spent three days in the country's capital, Ho Chi Minh City, for a meet-and-great event with her Vietnamese fans organized by a local clothing brand.
The event is part of the clothing brand's marketing efforts for their expansion in Southeast Asia.
The K-pop superstar is also making a comeback on Philippine TV via the Kapamilya network's upcoming reality-talent competition titled Pinoy Boyband Superstar.
Dara will be a judge for the boyband search along with Vice Ganda and Yeng Constantino.
Meanwhile, John Lloyd was in Vietnam for a short vacation with some of his friends.
