Nagtipun-tipon ang hukbo ng mga tagasuporta nina Alden Richards at Maine Mendoza para isagawa ang tinagurian nilang "white rally" sa labas ng Eat Bulaga! studio sa Broadway Centrum kaninang tanghali, November 30.
Hindi raw ito protesta kundi upang ipakitang nananatiling solido ang kanilang suporta sa tambalan nina Alden at Maine, na may uniname na AlDub o Alden at Yaya Dub, hango sa "Kalyeserye" segment ng GMA-7 Network noontime show.
Kasabay nito ay trending topic sa Twitter ang #ALDUB124thweeksary na umabot ng humigit-kumulang 1.7 million tweets, kung saan makikita ang videos ng AlDub fans na nakasuot na white shirts at may dalang placards na nagsasabing "Walang iwanan. We love you."
Mayroon ding kuha ang AlDub fans na kumakanta ng "God Gave Me You" at "Imagine You And Me" na ilan sa theme songs ng tambalan nina Maine at Alden.

MAINE MENDOZA'S OPEN LETTER. Noong Linggo, November 26, inihayag ni Maine sa pamamagitan ng isang open letter ang kanyang pasasalamat sa solidong suporta at proteksiyon na ibinibigay ng AlDub fans sa kanya at sa ka-love team niyang si Alden simula nang magkatrabaho sila sa Eat Bulaga! noong 2015.
Ngunit inamin ni Maine na matagal na siyang nahihirapan at nakakaramdam ng lungkot nang umabot sa puntong nadidiktahan na ang kanyang bawat galaw at desisyon, mapa-personal niyang buhay o sa showbiz career.
Ayon kay Maine, "Hanggang sa napagtanto ko na iyon pala ay dahil sa ilang mga tao na nakapaligid sa akin. Yung mga taong akala ko ay tunay na nagmamalasakit at nagmamahal sa akin. Mahirap.
"Nahihirapan akong dinidiktahan ng mga dapat kong gawin at maramdaman. Napagtanto ko na nakokompromiso na yung kalayaan at kaligayahan ko. At hindi ko kayang mamuhay ng ganoon."
Kasabay nito ay inamin ni Maine na sa ngayon ay magkaibigan lang sila ni Alden.
Hiling ng dalaga na bigyan sila ng respeto at kalayaang gawin ang mga bagay na magpapaligaya sa kanila.
Dagdag ni Maine, "I also owe this to everyone who were dragged into this. Our families, friends, and workmates are being bashed and ridiculed by some. Kahit sinong madikit sa amin pinagiisipan at pinagsasalitaan ng hindi maganda.
"Basta hindi naaayon sa kagustuhan ang mga nakikita, nagagalit.
"It hurts me seeing them being hurt. It hurts me how some of you are so capable and so proud of throwing so much hate on others– especially on people who care about us.
"Family and friends outside the industry are being taken into the wrong context, even if they do not have anything to do with the issues thrown at us."
ALDUB LOVE. Hindi malinaw kung may kaugnayan ang hindi paglabas ni Maine sa Eat Bulaga! sa kanyang inihayag na open letter tungkol sa hinagpis ng kanyang kalooban laban sa mga taong sumasaklaw sa kanyang personal na buhay.
Si Alden naman ay napabalitang nagkasakit dala ng food poisoning at kahapon lang umano bumuti ang kalagayan.
Sa parte ng AlDub fans, kung nabahala man sila sa estado ng tambalan nina Maine at Alden ay marami sa kanila ang nagsabing nais pa rin nilang makitang magkasama ang dalawang Kapuso stars sa mga panibagong proyekto sa telebisyon.
Maliban sa regular nilang paghu-host sa Eat Bulaga!, huling napanood sina Maine at Alden sa Kapuso primetime series na Destined To Be Yours, na umere mula February 27 hanggang May 26 ngayong taon.
Nagtambal din sila sa 2016 film na Imagine You and Me at Metro Manila Film Festival 2015 entry na My Bebe Love.
