One thing that Iza Calzado and Richard Gutierrez have in common is that they do not have to rely on a screen partner to prove their bankability.
The guy (right) has been paired with Chynna Ortaleza, Angel Locsin, Isabel Oli, Marian Rivera, Camille Prats, Maxene Magalona, Jewel Mische, Heart Evangelista, and recently, with KC Concepcion.
Iza also has quite a long list of leading men: Cogie Domingo, Segundo Ternadas, Dingdong Dantes, Robin Padilla, and Alfred Vargas.

The pairing of JC De Vera and Rhian Ramos was considered a risky move for GMA-7 because of the former's tried and tested team-up with Yasmien Kurdi.
But the public's positive response on La Lola during its pilot week is a proof that the management made the right decision.
The challenge for JC and Rhian now is to sustain the interest of the fans.
