In the previous Tribal Council ofAirai, Louie Ang was the one booted out by his fellow castaways. This marked the third consecutive time that the tribe lost in the immunity challenge, forcing them to vote out one of their members.

The castaway dubbed as the Chick-boy assumed an evil persona while on the isalnd, prompting others to call him as a "demon." To this, he pointed out, "Sinabi sa akin ng family ko na parang iba daw, iba na daw ako, kasi iba naman ako sa bahay. So sabi ko, dun ko lang ginawa yun sa game." 

When Cris Bolado was asked to recall the most challenging part of his Survivor stay was, he narrated: "Yung sa akin, yung malaking bato na binuhat namin, kasi di ba sobrang bigat nun, parang itawid, iaangat mo lang para bitbitin mo siya, mahirap na yun. Sabi ko, naku, sobrang bigat, kasi 350 kilos, tapos wala kang kinain,  walang tubig, tapos sobrang init. Akala ko nga nabali yung tuhod ko sa sobrang bigat, e."

Charles Fernandez says that he became more outgoing ever since he joined Survivor. "Ang pakikisalamuha sa tao, gustong gusto ko. Nasanay ako sa public relations. Ngayon, karamihan sila ngayon ang pumapansin sa akin, talagang wow, ang sarap ng feeling na pero simple pa rin ako."

Maya Segovia is a female pilot who became the third castoff of the reality show.

Mika Batchelor is the sexy chef from Palawan. When Survivor Philippines Palau host Paolo Bediones asked Mika to describe their camp life after the removal of Louie, she said that Airai became closer and ir caused "less stress. Parang nawala na iyong bad vibes."

When Tara Macias was asked to share what she learned from this reality show, she said, "Hindi pala lahat dapat mong pagkatiwalaan talaga. Kailangan mo mag-isip na hindi siya totoo sa 'yo. Isipin mo laro ito, hindi kayo magkaibigan dito, magkalaban kayo. We're not friends here so dapat there [are] no emotions, kasi kung may emotions attached sa laro, babagsak ka talaga, matatalo ka talaga." 

Troy Perez was booted out of Survivor when he received five votes while competitor Tara Macias received one vote. One of the reasons cited for his removal was the fact that he does not do chores around camp.

Before model Vlad Nesas bade farewell to his fellow castaways, he gave this short speech:

"Gusto lang malaman n'yo na I was looking out for your best interest. Pero mukhang hindi kayo naniwala sa akin. Good luck na lang sa results ng grupo n'yo,"

To Louie, he gave this message: "Magaling kang magpaikot, magaling kang manloko, ibang klase ka talaga, ....Sige, good luck sa 'yo, Idol kita. Ang galing mo."
