Before entering the gate of The Great Wall in China, supervising producer Manny Valera (middle) issued last-minute instructions to David, one of the interpreters.

Minutes later, the group started climbing. On the side, Heart Evangelista and Dennis Trillo had an interesting off-cam scene.

The two main objectives that day: take photos of the cast and shoot a scene.

After the first climb, the Megastar (in black bonnet) and John (in black and white earmuffs) started clicking their cameras away, while Nicole looked on.

On seeing the long stretch of wall, Zsa Zsa and Dennis Trillo went on camera-ready mode. 

So did the crew of ABS-CBN. "Star Patroller" Mario Dumaual asked for an interview with the Kapuso star.

This interview was with GMA-7's Lhar Santiago, who was among the the first to find out that Dennis gave Heart Evangelista a necklace he had bought in the Forbidden City.

Here's direk Joel Lamangan in action. After briefing the stars on what to do, he walks back towards the camera setup.

The three also portrayed the children of Sharon's character.

The shoot happened very fast, and after the successful take—one shot of the director and main star together.
