The Star Cinema movie Miss You Like Crazy premiered twice last February 23, 2010.
The first screening was held at Trinoma in Quezon City at around 6:00 p.m. and the second took place three hours later at SM Megamall.

Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz, lead stars of Star Cinema's latest offering, revealed
to PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) their favorite scenes in the movie.
Bea related, "When JLC and I reunited
at Titiwangsa Park in Malaysa..."
For Lloydy, his favorite scene was the ending.

He helped the family of Bea Alonzo's character financially, making her reluctant to break up with the guy even though she's still in love with the character of John Lloyd Cruz.

At the cast party, Bea Alonzo mentioned her upcoming project with Gretchen
Barreto, and she joked that she would pale in comparison to the beautiful
actress. "Hindi mangyayari yun, sa hikaw mo pa lang!?" teased John
Lloyd.
Bea then quipped, "Kaya ako naghihikaw na ng ganito!"
