The schedules of Star Magic talents were cleared last Sunday morning, March 14, so they could attend the 1st Star Magic Run. The running event was held at The Venice Piazza in Taguig City in order to empower the youth and encourage them to fight for clean elections.

Around 100 Star Magic talents gathered for a pictorial before the start of the run. Even though Gretchen Barretto is not a Star Magic talent, she lent her support for this ABS-CBN project.

Child star Zaijian Jaranilla (center) took time out to grace the special occassion that was organized by Keren Pascual (not in photo). Incidentally, it was Keren's birthday on March 13, a day before the event.

Gretchen Barretto said in an interview that she would never be the cause of problems between Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban. Gretchen will work with Derek and Bea Alonzo in an upcoming teleserye.

Piolo Pascual said that he tried his best to be the fastest in the 5K category but with his time of 25 minutes, he only landed in 4th Place. He revealed that he is currently training for the Ironman Philippines in August.

Beatriz Saw (left) landed 2nd Place in the 3K category but she was unable to accept her trophy during the awarding ceremony. Bea, the Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother Season 2, was able to complete the 3K course in just 22 minutes and 43 seconds.
