"DAKILA - Philippine Collective for Modern Heroism" gathered
its members and friends at the Active Vista Film Festival in Cinema 1 of
the Shangri-la Mall last July 20. The film fest featured the 1983 film
Signos, a film created by Mike de Leon
together with the Concerned Artists of the Philippines (CAP).
