"DAKILA - Philippine Collective for Modern Heroism" gathered
its members and friends at the Active Vista Film Festival in Cinema 1 of
the Shangri-la Mall last July 20. The film fest featured the 1983 film Signos, a film created by Mike de Leon
together with the Concerned Artists of the Philippines (CAP).

Dakila founder Ronnie Lazaro and Meryll Soriano get together for this photo.
Meryll recently won as Best Actress in the 6th Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival. She starred in the Mark Meily film Donor, which bagged a total of five awards in Cinemalaya.
