Branch 140 of the Makati Regional Trial Court was the venue
of the hearing for the "Urgent Motion for Provisional Award of Visitation Rights"
filed by James Yap. This is related to the civil case filed by Kris Aquino to
declare their marriage null and void.
Kris Aquino and James Yap both agreed on the terms of his visitation
rights in a three-hour court hearing today, August 20. James Yap will have Baby James three times a week: every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
The couple's child Baby James ended up winning in this battle
between his parents.

James Yap
arrived exactly at 2pm at the Makati City Hall in a black Toyota Camry. Character actor Mike Gayoso served as his escort. A crush of media reporters and
city-hall employees greeted his arrival.
Kris arrived earlier than James at the venue, escorted by her
sisters Pinky, Balsy, and Viel.

James refused to issue any statement as he entered the

His lawyer Lorna Kapunan remarked, "My client is nervous.
He's hoping to get his son today."

Both Kris and James were called inside the chambers of
Judge Cristina Sulit. No other persons were allowed in, not even their lawyers.
She asked both to enter together. And then James was asked
to stay to talk with the judge first.

This is the first time in months that two are seen in public walking
beside each other.
Before the hearing ended, the two signed the agreement
drafted by their lawyers covering the details of James's visitation hours.
