Jericho Rosales welcomed new members of the Chowking family—successful love team Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu, and 2009 CNN Hero of the Year Efren Peñaflorida on Thursday, August 26, at Plaza Ibarra, Timog Avenue in Quezon City.
Unfortunately, the other new Ambassador of Chowking, actress Bea Alonzo, was not able to join the group.

Before Jericho Rosales became Eat Bulaga's Mr. Pogi in 1996, the singer-actor was a fish vendor at Concepcion Market in Marikina.
The award-winning artist said he would never forget this. In fact, he gladly related his story to the media who attended the fastfood chain's event.

The second celebrity to join the tour was 2009 CNN Hero of the Year Efren Peñaflorida.
On the way to the place where the donation of books and school supplies would be made, the famous pushcart educator related how the Dynamic Team Company (DTC) started their mission to educate the street children in Cavite.
