The Philippine Movie Press Club honored artists during the 3rd Star Awards for Music held October 16, 2011 at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater at the Ateneo De Manila University campus in Quezon City.
This year, organizers recognized OPM Icons who have been in the music business for the last 40 years.
