Katy Perry happily ends her California Dreams Tour in Manila

Katy Perry's California Dreams Tour concert in Manila was a dream come true for a lot of Filipinos.

It was held at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds Sunday night, January 22, on the eve of Chinese New Year.

"Manila!" shouted Katy Perry.
She opened the concert with her monster hit, "Teenage Dream," from her Teenage Dream album.

At the top of her voice, Katy greeted the crowd with "Manila! Welcome to the California Dreams Tour!"

The crowd replied with screams.

The highlight of Katy's (left) concert was when she asked a lucky boy from the audience to join her onstage on condition that he be shirtless. The lucky boy who got a kiss from Katy was none other than Ivan Dorschner (not in photo), former Pinoy Big Brother teen housemate.

She also performed her hit songs "Waking Up in Vegas," "Ur So Gay," "Peacock," "I Kissed a Girl, "Circle the Drain," and "E.T."

And the audience happily sang along with Katy's "Firework."

After her concert, Katy immediately tweeted @katyperry, "Thanks for an amazing final CDT [California Dreams Tour] date Manila!
