Richard Gomez (right), if you don't really know him, seems intimidating.

But he and his wife Lucy Torres top our list of the nicest people in showbiz.

Goma (his nickname) usually greets us, "Kamusta, PEP?" whenever we see him.

And despite some rude comments of PEPsters, Lucy has always obliged us with interviews.

He's been busy so he has not found the time to update his blog.

But whenever John Lapus has a scoop, he never fails to alert us.

And we'll never forget the time he treated the entire staff to videoke night. "Masyado kayong nai-stress kaya enjoy lang tayo."

It's star-studded, fabulous, always newsworthy, and a looking-forward-to-it tradition for all PEPsters.

Marian Rivera is simply the most talked about celebrity in local showbiz.

She has long stopped reading the comments on PEP and other forums, but has not ceased giving fans reasons to talk about her.

Her boyfriend Dingdong Dantes is one of the most approachable stars in town.

And it's always a pleasure to cover all his socio-civic activities.

Showbiz fans are always fascinated with Kris Aquino.

And so are we.

She has a sharp memory and can easily tell, "Taga-PEP ka, di ba?"

She's usually generous with her quotes, but will only reveal her scoops on The Buzz.

Lastly, we would like to share the triumphs we've achieved so far with the late Tito Douglas Quijano—who was a consultant and one of the site's earliest bloggers.

He had a slight aversion to the Internet, and chose to send his blog entry—typewritten—via fax or messenger. 

One of the many things we learned from Tito Dougs was, "Huwag patulan ang tsismis. I-check niyo muna."
