Models, designers, and fashionistas strutted to The Peninsula Manila last September 5 for the 20th anniversary of the Philippine Models Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

John Estrada modeled for Randy Ortiz. He gamely talked about his beginnings as a fashion model in the late '80s, but refused to talk about the controversial "kisscandal" with Gretchen Barretto.

"Twenty years is a milestone for being able to overcome trials and challenges. Wilma Doesnt strutted the runway even if she's eight months pregnant with her second child. She is due to give birth any time soon to a baby girl. When asked about her baby's father, she simply laughed, "Sabihin ko sayo after 20 years!"

Abbygale Arenas arrived with husband, the photographer Jun de Leon. During her heyday as a supermodel, she was considered as the Linda Evangelista of the Philippines. She also placed 11th in the 1997 Miss Universe pageant.

Phoem, as she is fondly called by colleagues, became a millionaire at the age of 18.She earned such huge amount of money from her modeling and endorsement projects in and outside of the country.
