Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson have just starred in the Lino Cayetano movie, I've Fallen For You. Now they're back on television to make the audience fall in love again in Love Spell: Cindy-rella.

Love Spell: Cindy-rella is based on the classic fairy tale Cinderella, but this time with a twist. Cindy-rella is a girl from the kingdom of Astoria who will be torn between two princes—the modern-day prince named Albert (Gerald Anderson, left) and the dashing prince of fantasy world named Prince William (John James Uy, right). Find out whom Cindy-rella will choose between these royal suitors.

This TV series features the love triangle of John James Uy (left), Kim Chiu (center) and Gerald Anderson (right). Love Spell: Cindy-rella airs every Sunday before the showbiz talk show The Buzz.

Gerald Anderson says this is his first time to play a character in a fantaserye. In Love Spell: Cindy-rella, Gerald plays the role of Albert, the modern-day prince charming.

Kim Chiu will be the Cindy-rella in this newest mini-series, Love Spell. She never expected that she would play the heroine she used to watch. "Pinapanood ko lang yung Cinderella noong bata ako. Tapos po sa Love Spell, ako yung gaganap na Cindy-rella," said Kim.

Be Bench finalist John James Uy showcases his acting skills for the first time in Love Spell: Cindy-rella. He will play the character of Prince William from the world of Camelota. "I'm part of the love triangle that's going on with Kim and Gerald," said John.

Although John James Uy is mainly seen with Kim Chiu in Love Spell: Cindy-rella, the Be Bench finalist said he would also be paired with Ashley Gruenberg (not in photo), who plays the role of Lisa in the real world.

"For Love Spell, dahil ito'y nagke-cater sa Sunday afternoon viewers light talaga na may pagka-cartoons na animated. Hindi siya na-design para maging depressing or maging dark kasi masaya siyang panoorin," Bayani described.

On the other hand, Director Jojo Saguin (in long sleeves shirt) talked about the frequent costume changes of the characters.

He said, "Sa changes po ng costumes marami po kasi may fantasy world, tapos kapag napunta na po sa real world magiging normal na po yung mga damit. Pero elaborate po talaga dun sa fantasy world talaga."
