La Vendetta has the tagline "Kasalanang walang kapatawaran, Paghihiganting hanggang kamatayan." This is the first time that GMA-7 will delve into the suspense-drama genre for a TV series. La Vendetta, which is directed by Gil Tejada, Jr., was shot in an ancestral home in San Fernando, Pampanga. La Vendetta, which means Blood Feud, is scheduled to run for 12 weeks.

Jennylyn Mercado is Almira Cardinale, the youngest of the sisters. She is forced to marry her rich fiance Gabby Trajano (played by Polo Ravales).

Jean Garcia is the greedy Amanda Cardinale. She manipulates the lives of her sisters and even becomes involved with Gabby, the husband of her sister Almira.

Sunshine Dizon plays Eloisa Salumbides-Cardinale. Prone to hallucinations and gifted with a "third eye," she is the means by which her dead sister will attain vengeance.

Mark Herras plays Galo Alumpihit, a suitor of Almira who is looked down upon because of his poverty.

Luis Alandy is Ariel Guevarra, Amanda's boyfriend who shows concern for Eloisa.

In an interview, Polo Ravales admits that he was nervous while doing his kissing scenes as Gabby Trajano with Jean Garcia.

Wendell Ramos plays Rigo Bayani, a psychiatrist who falls in love with Amanda (Jean Garcia).

Paolo Contis is Junjun, the ambitious family gardener. It is his first time to play a good guy in a GMA-7 TV series.

Rustom Padilla is Alfie Camba, the closet gay yoga instructor of Amanda.

Snooky Serna makes her showbiz comeback via La Vendetta where she plays the role of Janet Salumbides, the second wife of Edwin (Dante Rivero). Janet is the mother of Eloisa and Almira. Edwin has another daughter, Amanda, from a previous relationship.

Lotlot de Leon is Rodora, the family cook of the Cardinale clan.

Caridad Sanchez is Nana Mildred, the trusted nanny of the house and keeper of the Cardinale family's darkest secret.
