Four close friends in the showbiz industry sat for dinner at the Quezon City home of Rudy Fernandez and Lorna Tolentino for StarTalk's 12th anniversary celebration this month. Lorna interviewed her husband Rudy and his close friends Philip Salvador, Senator Jinggoy Estrada, and Senator Bong Revilla.

Philip Salvador was the first to arrive, followed by Senator Bong Revilla, and then Senator Jinggoy Estrada. Bong's convoy almost got lost in the subdivision as his police escort didn't know which street to turn. At dinner time, Lorna sat at the head of the table.
The last time all four of them got together was around March this year, during the birthday of Rudy Fernandez.

The two senators have two films for the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival. Senator Bong Revilla has Resiklo as his entry. Senator Jinggoy Estrada has Katas ng Saudi with Lorna as his leading lady. The two actors poked fun at each other's MMFF entry.
"Maganda daw ang acting mo diyan," said Bong.
Jinggoy quipped, " Well, far better than yours." And everyone burst into laughter.
Bong retorted, "Oi, may Best Actor na ako. Ikaw ba meron?"
Philip cut in, "Oi, meron. Best Supporting Actor." And everyone laughed again.
Lorna asked if the four of them had any plans to make a film together. Rudy said, "Basta si Bong ang magpro-produce."

Bong was asked about his son Luigi who was featured in a Startalk segment a couple of weeks ago.
"Well at least ano, uh, happy ako kasi finally nagsama-sama sila. At tanggap din ni Lani and I'm very thankful sa asawa ko," the senator from Cavite said.
Lorna had an awkward moment when it came to interviewing her husband Rudy.
He got good words for his hair, which grows full and curly, even if he has been undergoing radiation and chemotheraphy.

Philip Salvador recently met up with his and Kris Aquino's son Joshua. He narrated, "Nagulat ako.
‘Pag kailangan na ako, ‘Josh, they need me. Hindi aalis si Dada. I'm just going to be there.' Tapos sabi niya, ‘Ok. Dito lang si Joshua.'"
Senator Jinggoy said he was elated by his father's presidential pardon.
