Action superstar Rudy "Daboy" Fernandez was finally laid to rest last June 12 at the Heritage Park & Crematorium in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Daboy succumbed to periampullary cancer on June 7 at their White Plains residence in Quezon City while surrounded by close friends and immediate family members.
The massive turnout of grieving friends and fans from all walks of life secured Rudy's legacy of heroism onscreen—and, especially, of his brave fight against cancer—for generations to come.
