Piolo said of his co-star Angel, "You've seen
how she's acted in this series she has definitely passed it with flying
colors. I can say that she really
conquered it and she gave life to the character of Lyka and she gave
a whole different meaning to being a Lobo."

As for Angel, she had this to say about her leading man: "Ang dami ko pong natutunan sa kanya. Si Piolo, magaling na artista."

Piolo admitted that he felt a bit uncomfortable shooting this kissing scene with Angel. "We
were feeling so awkward because we were doing an intimate scene and a
lot of people were watching, so parang nakakailang. But you
know kailangan naming gawin."

The two lead stars had to do a second take for their kissing scene because the director instructed them to embrace but they didn't hear him clearly.

According to Ryan, the most difficult thing that he had to do for Lobo was using a harness for the action scenes.

Ryan tells PEP that he has mixed emotions about the ending of Lobo
because he has grown to love the character that he plays. As Anton, he
provided the conflict in the story. "This is one show that I hoped na
humaba pa for the sake of camaraderie. Yung bond that we built for the
past eight months was really strong. It's kinda sad to see the show end
but the friendship will remain."
