At 80, Dolphy is still undisputed when it comes to delivering his own punch lines. In his speech, he had one word to describe his how he felt after reading the book: "Nasuklam."

He admonished, "Huwag itong pamarisan ng mga anak ko. Ang buhay minsan, lalo na sa chicks, masalimuot po."

ABS-CBN mounts a tribute to Dolphy, titled The King of Comedy at 80, on July 29 at the Meralco Theater. The show will air on television via Sunday's Best on August 3.
