In full force na dumating ang Gutierrez family sa 10th anniversary party ng YES! Magazine sa NBC Tent sa The Fort kagabi, February 23. Kasamang dumating nina Eddie Gutierrez at Annabelle Rama ang mga anak nilang sina Ruffa, Raymond, at Richard Gutierrez.
Paglabas ni Richard ng ballroom ay nagpaunlak siya ng interview sa lobby ng NBC Tent sa mga taga-media na nag-aabang na mainterbyu siya.
Kumusta ang feeling na kasama siya ngayon sa selebrasyon ng YES! magazine, ang affiliate ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal)? Matatandaang nagkaroon ng alitan sa pagitan ng Gutierrez family at ng PEP na umabot pa sa demandahan. Pero nitong February 9 ay iniurong na ni Richard ang libel case na isinampa niya laban sa PEP noong nakaraang taon.
"It feels great, of course, and we finally are over the hurdle now, our problems. So, parang dati pa rin. Kasi before pa naman kami nagkaproblema, we were all friends. So, we all wanna wish we could bring back the friendship and if it can be a deeper, stronger friendship, that will be better. And our family is here to support them. Ms. Jo-Ann [Maglipon, YES! and PEP editor-in-chief] invited us, so why not?" saad ni Richard.
Pero aaminin ba niya na nagkalamat na ang friendship na sinasabi niya?
Natawa nang kaunti si Richard bago sumagot. Aniya, "Yun nga, like what I said, siyempre, we all gonna move forward. And like what I said, if we gonna have a stronger friendship in the future, it would be better."
Kanino nanggaling ang initiative na magkaayos sila ng PEP?
"Alam naman ninyo yung kuwento, e. Huwag na nating pahabain pa yung kuwento," iwas niya.
Ano ang mga natutunan niya sa pangyayaring ito?
"That it feels great to be able to forgive and forget and to move forward and be positive, ayun," sagot ni Richard.
MOVIE WITH CLAUDINE & ANNE. Sa next movie ni Richard ay makakasama niya sina Claudine Barretto at ang ex-girlfriend niyang si Anne Curtis. Excited na ba siya sa pelikulang ito na co-production ng Viva Films at GMA Films?
"Yeah, super excited," sambit ni Richard.
Ano ang feeling to be working with Claudine for the first time?
"It's gonna really be a good film. Very challenging for all of us and very exciting, kasi talagang kakaibang pelikula ito."

on a lighter note, malapit na sigurong masilawan ng liwanag si jewel dahil sa mga nagsisilabasang articles recently where annabelle talked about liking jewel for being prayerful.
