What are Rachelle Ann Go's plans when her Les Mis contract expires?

Rachelle Ann Go plans to spend the Christmas in the Philippines when her Les Miserables contract expires on December. "I want to spend Christmas here kasi dalawang taon na kong nagpa-Pasko dun."

Rachelle Ann Go is set to return to the concert scene here in the Philippines.

This time, she will be joined by Angeline Quinto, Kyla, Yeng Constantino and KZ Tandingan in a concert titled Divas Live in Manila.

During their recent press conference, Rachelle Ann said that she is excited as this is the first time that she will be doing a concert together with the four artists.

Her last concert in Manila was her send-off concert in 2014, wherein she also celebrated her 10 years in the business.

In between, Rachelle Ann will return to London to do shows of Les Miserables.

However, she happily told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that she has been allowed to go back to the Philippines to prepare 10 days before the concert happens on November 11.

“Uuwi ako dito for this. Ipinaalam na namin 'yan sa Les Mis London, pumayag naman sila.

“Alam naman nila na may Divas Live in Manila na magaganap sa Araneta so they’re very supportive.

“In fairness, sabi nila, ‘Sige go, do your thing.’

“Yun actually, kinausap ako ni Cameron [Mackintosh], sabi niya, ‘You know what, what you should do, do concerts here. Then go back to London.’

“Parang feeling ko siya yung nagpaplano ng career ko. Nakakatuwa, supportive.”

PEP teased her that she might have already found her love life in London.

She answered with a laugh, “Wala pa din. Yun ang tanong ng lahat, wala.

“E, ang hirap kasi wala, wala talaga, wala akong nakikita doon so single pa din.

“At saka ang hirap, aalis ako dito sa Pilipinas, aalis ako ng London, nasaan na siya.”

PEP also asked her if she has plans to perform again on Sunday variety shows.

She initially said, “Wala na, e,” referring to her defunct Sunday noontime program Sunday All Stars.

PEP then asked if she wants to join Sunday PinaSaya or does she have plans of going back to ASAP?

She answered, “Hindi ko pa alam kung anong plano, siyempre.

“Gusto ko pag babalik ako dito, gusto ko, kumbaga ma-enjoy ko rin siyempre yung show at may plano. Tignan natin 'yan,” she concluded with a smile.
