Sa unang araw ni Tirso Cruz III bilang chairman ng Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), nag-post ang anak niyang si Djanin Cruz ng mga larawang kuha sa oathtaking at ocular visit sa opisina.
Sa Instagram kagabi, July 21, 2022, binati muna ni Djanin ang ama sa pagkakahirang nito bilang bagong FDCP chair.
Mensahe niya, “Congratulations Papa! God bless you [praying hands, heart emojis]”
Sinamahan din niya ito ng talaga mula sa Philippians 4:13: “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”

Makikita rin sa larawan ang mga kaibigan ni Tirso kabilang sina Christopher de Leon, Direk Joey Reyes, Bobot Mortiz, Atty. Joji Alonso, at Senator Jinggoy Estrada.

Sa comments section, maraming celebrities ang bumati sa beteranong aktor sa pagkakatalaga sa kanya ng Malacañang.



Sa kanyang Instagram Stories, ipinakita rin ni Djanin ang meeting ng ama at ng dating tagapamuno ng FDCP na si Liza Diño.
Mapapanood ditong iniikot ni Liza si Tirso sa opisina at ipinakikilala sa mga staff.

Sa isa namang ni-repost niyang post ni Camille Mortiz sa Instagram Story, mababasa rito ang mga salitang: “Congratulations, ninong @tirsocruziii. Love, the executive assistant of your executive assistant djanin.”

Maaaring ang anak ni Tirso ang kanyang magiging executive assistant.

Samantala, nagpaalam na rin si Liza sa puwesto kagabi.
Mensahe niya sa kanyang Facebook Live, “This afternoon, chair Tirso Cruz III came to the office for a meeting and to officially assume his duties as the new FDCP chairman effective today, July 21, 2022.
“Our team was able to present the FDCP’s programs and accomplishments for the last six years. With this new development, I would like to assure you of my continued support of this new leadership for a smooth transition.”

Sa Instagram naman ngayong araw, July 22, muling nagpasalamat si Liza sa lahat ng mga tumulong sa kanya sa ahensiya.
Buong mensahe niya: "Yesterday, I officially stepped down as the chairperson/CEO of the FDCP. Thank you sa lahat ng aming mga naging partners sa iba't ibang programs and initiatives to elevate Philippine cinema.
"I wouldn't have been able to accomplish our mission for a diverse and inclusive globally competitive industry and community without your full trust and support.
"It's been a true honor to serve our country, our stakeholders especially the film industry, the film community, the local audiences, and fans of Filipino films from all over the world,
"Again, my deepest gratitude to all, and hope to still get your love and support on my next journey wherever it may be. Maraming salamat and mabuhay ang pelikulang Pilipino."
