(UPDATED) Allen Dizon wins Best Actor at 4th Silk Road Film Fest for Iadya Mo Kami

Iadya Mo Kami, starring Allen Dizon and Diana Zubiri, was invited to the 14th Pune International Film Festival in India and the 4th Silk Road International Film Festival in Dublin, Ireland.

“We want to give the viewers a real quality movie, that's why.

“I won't give the exact figures, but it's near the budget of a big commercial movie.

“As you can see in it's cast alone, actors like Diana Zubiri, Ricky Davao, Eddie Garcia wouldn't work for a lesser talent fee.”

"Father Greg, a diocesan priest, is reassigned to a parish up in the mountains. His relationship with a young woman named Carla, has produced a child. He meets the parish priest, Father Alejo, an old friend who is addicted to drinking.

"During a healing Mass, Father Greg is introduced to the town’s powerful couple, Julian and Millett who strike a friendship with the new priest. One night, Father Greg discovers the lifeless body of Julian in the church premises.

"He embarks on a mission to help solve the crime, a mission which leads him to the discovery of his own personal salvation."
