The Vice Ganda-Coco Martin movie, The Super Parental Guardians, is considered to be the highest grossing Filipino movie to date.

The Super Parental Guardians has earned P590.1 million in the box-office worldwide as of January 3, 2017.

This was revealed by Star Cinema through its Instagram account yesterday, January 3.

Topbilled by Vice Ganda and Coco Martin, this film is considered to be the highest grossing Filipino movie to date.

Now on its sixth week, this action-comedy movie directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal is still being shown in provincial cinemas.

Awra Briguela and Simon "Onyok" Pineda, Coco's co-stars in Ang Probinsyano, are also part of this movie featuring Matet de Leon, Assunta de Rossi, and Pepe Herrera, among others.

Last December 28, Star Cinema AdProm Manager Roxy Liquigan declared that The Super Parental Guardians is now the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.

However, he did not disclose the box-office figure reached by TSPG at that time.
