Gabby Concepcion says he did not cause the problem regarding his reunion movie with Sharon Cuneta.
The ex-husband of Sharon disclosed that there was an disagreement regarding the "billing" or the order of the names to be put in the credits of the film.
“To clarify lang ha, wala talaga sa akin ang problema. Ever since, I am very open and cooperative sa sinasabing reunion movie project na iyan [with Sharon Cuenta]," Gabby was quoted as saying in the article published in Abante on April 9.
"It’s just that our producer has laid out some items na nung sinang-ayunan ko ay hindi pala raw gusto ni Sharon,” Gabby explained in the interview that took place at Teachers’ Tribute of Gabay Guro in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.
Gabby said that Sharon reportedly did not agree to have his name placed ahead of the Megastar in the billing.
The GMA-7 actor also mentioned about wanting to give a legacy to ShaGab fans and their daughter KC.
Gabby pointed out that the "conjugal earning" from the project could be shared with their daughter and become part of her inheritance.
Last March, Sharon declared on her Instagram account that she might not be able to do her reunion movie with her ex-husband. She wrote back then:
"Guys, I am sorry. Star [Cinema] has done as much as they can. I have one as much as I could. This is hurtful to me as well. If you are upset, how do you think I feel? Star or I did not want to break your hearts. My heart is broken.
"And I am so very tired. It may be hard to accept, but there may never be another SHARON-GABBY movie again. Sorry."
